Essential Criteria for Employment:

• Minimum of 6 months of paid experience in supporting people with disabilities
• High manual handling skills and experience, such as using hoists, sliding sheets, assisting with transfers
• NDIS Workers Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificates, or willingness to obtain them.
• Two relevant, professional, and industry-related reference checks.
• Medication Administration Assistance certificate and practical experience.
• Cert III and Cert IV in relevant field will be favourably regarded
